A wonderful review considering that oblio's cards are not working since mid January. So they have ripped off thousands of customers like me for over $5000.00 that must make their company very strong indeed.

It is not meant as a statement for the company by any means! Being that they are in the news lately in the phone card world I thought it would be appropriate to give everyone a background on this failing company.

I am much to busy to spend alot of time on the internet but I wanted to find others who have just been ripped off by Oblio. I sent a complaint to the Texas Attorney General's office and they responded that they would not look into the matter unless many more people complained. The AGO's office referred to it as "possible violation of consumer protection laws." Another production company that I spoke to today who had talked to a Titan insider who said that they shut off all the cards that had not been paid for. My cards came COD/secured funds only.
You bet, I have the copy and invoice. I would like to make it hard for these companies to run off with the money of honest business people. I thought after being in this business for 12 years that we had gotten rid of the jerks like this.

I have prepaid cards made by Oblio Telecom named Hello Asia Continental. Unfortunately you can no longer access the numbers that you have to call and nobody from the customer service of the stated prepaid company can help you in anyways. Yeah I lost just a few bucks for these cards but i wonder how many people have brought this prepaid cards and can no longer use them? Someone has to advise what to do with it.

could not use my prepaid phone cards to day. (hello asia) the 800 number & customer service number are non-functional. i deplore the kind of business you run - taking money from people like me. i agree with everybodysnuts that you should be investigated.

I used to work for Oblio in customer service. It was a real disaster actually.

Interesting to see how things went down.
